Customer Service Officer, Moorabbin Victoria

 

  • Part-time (Job Share) position working 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday) 
  • Global organisation with possibility of moving to full-time

About You

 

Our ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, an excellent communicator, adept at problem-solving, adaptable, detail-oriented, a team player, and tech-savvy to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries and contribute to the smooth operation of the team.

 

You will be able to prioritize your own workload while having the ability to work with customers, members of the public and across all levels of our business effectively. 

 

Prior experience in a customer service and order administration environment with SAP experience will be highly regarded.

 

You will be available to work full-time for an initial period while training is provided. 

 

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Customer Service & Export Supervisor, this role will be responsible for:

 

  • Processing and managing Customer Orders received via various platforms
  • Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
  • Investigate and process customer returns, credits and changes
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and Facebook
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
