Quality Management System Lead

Location: Kemalpasa, Turkey

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract covering maternity leave

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting internal quality, GMP, food safety audits and hosting external audits
• Preparation and monitoring of QMS documents (procedures WI, Records) for the business
• Detecting non-conformances at audits and follow up for corrective actions with related departments and functions
• Member of site crisis team, HACCP, Food Defence and GMP team.
• Following local quality management policies combined by central Technical EZ and Corporate.
• Annual training plan preparation with H&R / Training of factory staff for GMP, allergen management, Hygiene, Security and Food Defence.
• Reviewing all HACCP plans annually or when needed with HACCP teams
• Supports new product launches in terms of spec preparations.
• Seek central support for regulatory needs of new launches for export markets.
• Finished product spec / technical document preparation
• Technically supports account managers (all customers).
• Implements policies set by central Technical EMEA and Corporate
• Site representative for OneQMs
• Tracking Monthly KPI’s (reporting to Central team)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• BSc in Food Science or equivalent such as Food Technology
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Food Industry
• Native Turkish speaker, fluent English, another European language is a plus
• Solid Food industry experience and product/ingredient knowledge
• Quality management System knowledge
• Audit experience
