Assistant Total Rewards Manager- APAC
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support the business with meaningful Rewards Analytics to enable decision making as well as provide total Rewards benchmarking and analytics support to HR teams in the region.
- Support job evaluations of new roles and make recommendations on the job grade while balancing internal equity.
- Lead the regional annual review process to ensure that it is timely and compliant as well as support the renewal of regional employees insurance plans to drive competitive plan design and cost.
- Responsible for the review of annual salary structures to ensure market competitiveness and support the quarterly bonus accrual process.
- Lead the development & delivery of Total Rewards projects which include managing overall project timeline, stakeholder management, analytical support and preparing market trends / insights and presentations.
- Adopt a customer centric approach in providing insightful advice and guidance on Rewards programs to internal customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and deliver Rewards communications and review its effectiveness to ensure the value of our programs is effectively communicated and ensure an environment that supports pay awareness and transparency.
- Review and evaluate current Rewards program design and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keep abreast of market developments and advise the business of potential implications as well as recommend innovative rewards practices to provide a competitive edge to the business.
