Solution Center Team Leader

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering best-in-class HR solutions for designated region to drive for operational performance, and balanced with exceptional, high quality and consistently reliable employee experience.
- Inspires, develops, and motivates team of high performing HR Shared Service professionals
- Is an escalation point for Solutions Center activities within region and will work with regional manager to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned teams and projects.
- Manages capacity, volume, team member training, development and talent management, and coaches to achieve daily / weekly / monthly objectives
- Accountable for ensuring a consistent customer experience, controls (including SOX) and compliance within the team assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in management of people, process, and service experience in HR Operations (SSC environment preferably).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others Preferred experience with multicultural and/or with remote customers.
- Practical knowledge of Polish Labour Law.
- Two languages as a minimum including English & Polish, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- Problem solving skills in both: process complexity and team relations.
- Ability to build and sustain relations at all levels.
- Business acumen.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Project and change management experienced.
- Analytic skills.
- Multicultural awareness preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset.
