We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Safety, Health & Environment Manager include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HSE performance.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced leader in safety, health, and environmental management, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
We are looking for a candidate to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Return to Work, Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment & Radiation Safety.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
