工作内容：

1、负责工业客户新产品项目的开发，运作和推介；

2、确认和审核配方内容准确描述，向NQA和营运提交标准性的文件；

3、完成新产品的试产以及大生产，确保产品能顺利上市； 

4、现有产品的持续改进工作，运用新的可操作方法和程序改进配方，向上级汇报；

5、按照项目要求完成跨部门沟通，将计划和结果反馈给团队同事及上级；

6、协调并向营运、采购、客服等部门进行技术援助支持；

7、关注调味品行业资讯，研究和评估新技术，推荐新的技术到该部门。

8、上级交代的其他工作任务

岗位要求：

1.5-8年食品行业工作经验；

2.熟悉调味品、中西式酱料的生产工艺，能解决新品开发以及生产上遇到的问题；

3.具有市场敏感度，了解调味品的流行趋势，能将流行风味转化为成品；

4.具有项目管理的能力，良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神。
