Legal Counsel/法律顾问

Responsibility:

1. Contract/legal document review and drafting

2. IP protection, including implementing brand protection strategy, taking positive anti-fake actions, monitoring and managing other IP infringement or unfair competition conducts from third parties.

3. Legal consultation & Compliance Issues, including providing effective legal advice to business/function BU, internal policy draft/revision, collaborating with global compliance team on FCPA review matters etc.

4. Settlement of disputes, including working together with outside counsels on arbitration and litigation matters.

5. Assisting legal department head with important projects and tasks.
