Main Responsibilities:

Market & competitive intelligence

  1. Collect market & competitive intelligence by consolidating the information from external 3rd party report, customers and internal related teams.
  2. Analyze the marketing information and provide insight into market/consumer trends and competitors’ activity to meet internal and external customer’s needs.

 

Consumer insight

  1. Monitor local NPD trends and consumer behavior, to find market gap & potential needs for solution development, through close collaboration with the marketing team in retail business
  2. Leverage success cases and resources in other regions to support local business
  3. Present and perform the menu insight, market research results and consumer preference to make recommendation for the concept development.

 

Marketing

  1. Work out and implement marketing strategy with alignment with global.
  2. Prepare and regularly update marketing materials to support the team to promote the company’s strengths and value to the customers
