Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist line manager in conducting and improving supplier annual audit, plant inspection and quality audits and prepare reports to QA manager  协助经理进行并改进供应商年度审核，工厂检查和质量审核、并向质量保证经理提供报告
2. Assist in tracking complaints regarding raw materials, follow up on and evaluate suppliers' corrective action协助跟进工厂原辅料投诉，跟进并评估供应商的原料问题整改回复
3. Assist managing the evaluation of new raw materials and suppliers to ensure the quality, safety and legality of raw materials, including risk assessment, HACCP plan review, applicable national standards, other McCormick's specific requirements etc  协助进行新的原材料和供应商评估，包括风险评估、HACCP计划、国标和其他味好美的具体要求，确保质量、安全和合法性
4. Provide technical expertise in terms of vendor management while assisting clients’ audits, preparing clients’ questionnaire etc 就供应商管理提供专业建议，包括支持客户审核、准备客户调查问卷等
5. Establish, maintain and manage the raw material information database up-to-date and quality monitoring systems and interface with field and customers on product quality issues 协助建立、维护并管理原材料信息、质量检测系统，并就产品质量事宜与工厂和客户沟通
Specification:
1.Bachelor Degree in food science or related filed, 1-2 years working experience in technical arena, quality assurance, quality control, and quality system of food industry 本科学历，食品科学相关专业，1-2年食品公司技、质量保证、质量控制或质量体系相关经验
2. Proficient at conducting quality and food safety audit, practical experience on facility audit is preferred 熟悉质量和是食品安全审核，有实际工厂审核经验优先
3. Extensive knowledge of raw material, food processing, HACCP, sanitation and risk management 良好的原材料、食品加工，HACCP、清洁和风险管理的知识储备
4. High level of professionalism (strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and sound judgment) 较高的职业素养（良好职业道德、沟通技巧、团队合作和判断能力）
5. Good problem solving, negotiation, customer service, communication (verbal and written)  and data analysis skills 良好的解决问题、协商、客户服务、交流沟通、数据分析能力
6. Travel required (approximately 10- 30 % monthly) 适应出差（每月10-30%）
7. Able to integrate the client's requirement into McCormick's quality assurance system 整合客户需求使之符合味好美的质量保证体系
