• In line with business strategy and priorities, drive packaging innovation by ideating new concepts and integrating emerging technologies into the business; lead the design and development, and launch of new packaging projects, leveraging deep expertise in food packaging development, industry best practices, testing methodologies, and trial protocols;   
• Align with business strategies and collaborate closely with other functions, including PD, procurement, supply chain, QA&R teams, to design and deliver packaging related cost improvement initiatives (CCI). Identify, mitigate, and creatively resolve project risks to ensure on-time launch; possess comprehensive knowledge of food science, packaging machinery, and packaging materials.   
•  Maintain all packaging specifications, artworks and related documents; lead and execute full-scale packaging tests and trials to validate performance and compliance, and other packaging activities.   
•   Continuously improve packaging technical capabilities via building strong packaging lab, leveraging learning and experience from other countries and regions, building strong network with suppliers and institutes, and stay abreast of industry trends and technological applications to enhance business performance.   
• Demonstrate in-depth expertise in flexible films and Performance Led Packaging (PLP) sustainability solutions; lead cross-functional projects focused on sustainable packaging development and implementation.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc packaging management tasks and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
