岗位职责（Key Responsibilities）：
1.Be responsible for the management of all QA departments in the factory, including employee management, budget management, cost control, formulation of factory quality goals, regulatory management, and standard management, etc.
负责工厂QA所有部门的管理，包括员工管理、预算管理、成本控制，工厂质量目标的制定，法规管理，标准管理等。
2.Ensure the implementation of the quality management system and Halal system in the factory area and update them regularly. Lead internal audits, coordinate external audits (including both external and third-party audits), and promote continuous improvement to meet the requirements of the Maclean quality system. Adjust the HACCP plan in the factory to ensure that all CPS and CCPS are properly identified and established, and that all relevant procedures are properly in place and well implemented. Promote GMP improvement, provide training and retraining for factory employees, and initiate and track improvement plans with relevant departments.
确保质量管理体系及Halal体系在厂区的实施并定期更新，领导内部审核、协调外部审核（包括外部和第三方审核），同时推进持续改进，符合味好美质量体系要求。调整工厂中的HACCP计划，确保所有的CP 和 CCP 均被恰当的识别和建立，所有相关的程序应恰当就位并执行良好。推动GMP提升，对工厂员工提供培训和再培训，同相关部门启动并跟踪改进计划。
3.Management and control of raw and auxiliary materials: The leader should establish an effective inspection plan and implement incoming material inspection to ensure that the incoming materials meet the procurement standards for raw and auxiliary materials and all food safety and quality requirements. Lead the QC team to conduct daily online inspections, semi-finished product and finished product inspections to ensure that the products are within the qualified range and meet the quality requirements of Wei Hao Mei. Dispose of the defective materials detected in compliance.
原辅料管理控制，领导建立有效的检验计划并落实好来料检查，确保来料满足原辅料采购标准，满足所有食品安全和质量要求；领导QC团队进行日常在线检验、半成品&成品检验，确保产品在合格范围内、符合味好美质量要求；对检出有缺陷的物料进行合规处置。
4.Be responsible for investigating customer complaints, formulating improvement measures and tracking them, maintaining regulatory information and trends released by the government and government departments, and reporting and taking actions in a timely manner.
负责顾客投诉的调查，制定改进措施并跟踪，保持政府和政府部门发布的监管信息和趋势，并及时报告与采取行动。
5.Implement the main responsibility of factories for food safety, and reduce food safety risks in factories through daily control, weekly inspection and monthly dispatch management.

6.Manage, supervise, train and guide the career development of team members.
管理、监督，培训和指导团队成员的职业发展。
7.Good relationship keeping with government related authorities and be responsible for license/certificates application. 
与当地政府机构保持良好的关系，负责许可/证件的申请。任职资格（Required Qualifications）：
1.Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutritional Science or other related fields.  
食品科学& 技术，微生物学，化学，营养科学及其它相关专业。
2.This position requires an experienced Quality Assurance professional with bachelor’s degree or above as well as 6-8 years QA experience in a multinational food company with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
该职位要求富有经验的质量保证专业人员，学士学位或以上学历，并且在跨国食品公司有6~8年的QA经验、且至少有3年的管理能力。
3.Required to possess good inter-personal and communication skill, as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills, the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization.

4.Other Skills其他技能要求:
1) Ability to speak and write English.  能说能写的英语能力。
