岗位职责Responsibilities (activity)  

1. 负责产品的应用实验和口味验证;Responsible for product application experiments and taste verification. 

2. 负责调味料产品在食品加工厂及餐饮连锁(加工中心)的应用(终产品呈现)和技术服务;Responsible for the application of seasoning products in food processing factory and restaurant chains (processing centers) (final product presentation) and technical services. 

3. 协助进行客户拜访,并收集各种正面反馈信息、需求以及改善建议,并反映给销售和市场部;Assist in customer visits and collect positive feedback, needs and suggestions for improvement, and reflect them to the sales and marketing department. 

  1. 协助业务解决客户提出的产品应用需求; Assist the business to solve the product application needs put forward by customers. 

  1. 对食品加工厂(卤制品、速冻食品)工艺流程和技术参数有一定的认知和了解;Have a certain knowledge and understanding of the process flow and technical parameters of food processing factory (marinated products, quick-frozen food). 

  1. 密切关注市场新动态,有较好的产品创新意识Pay close attention to the new market trends and have a good sense of product innovation 

 

职位要求 Requirement For The Position 

- 三年以上厨师或相关工作经验More than 3 years of chef or related work experience; 

- 熟练掌握各类调味品在餐饮和食品加工中的应用方法,能独立进行产品应用Proficient in the application of various condiments in catering and food processing, and able to apply products independently
