Position: Ariba Supplier Enablement Analyst II

Based: Łódź, Poland


The Global Supplier Enablement Lead is the primary liaison between McCormick, suppliers and SAP Ariba (when SAP Ariba Services are leveraged).



  • Approving lists of suppliers targeted for Ariba Network enablement
  • Creating, establishing and executing process related to Ariba enablement
  • Establishing rules of cooperation between teams/departments
  • Building enablement strategy, creating Flight Plan
  • Scheduling future waves, create timelines
  • Leading supplier communications
  • Approving and creating supplier communications and education materials to be shared with suppliers
  • Coordinating/actively supporting system test and UAT
  • Managing supplier relationships, reinforcing supplier enablement program compliance with identified suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Escalating process for non-compliance
  • Facilitating supplier training sessions (if any)
  • Leading/participating in regular status meetings
  • Building Ariba awareness within McCormick structure, promoting the initiative internally with category managers, business relationship owners, and AP group
  • Hosting knowledge sharing meetings
  • Handling escalations related to area of operations
  • Leading internal McCormick communication related to service in scope
  • Managing and creating content of Ariba intranet and internet webpages
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and translates these as specific project
  • Analysing available reports to provide recommendations within the procurement scope, GPO, GPE, AP


  • 3-5 years of experience in international work environment (including Internship)
  • Good knowledge or experience in Accounting or Procurement
  • Good knowledge of SAP system
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba system will be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Candidate must be able to work with multiple departments and all levels of management
  • Ability to analyze issues with business documents (PO, invoice, credit memos, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and determine solutions to problems that arise with business processes
  • Workload management skills and the ability to get engaged in complex assignments and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to perform public speeches, promote Ariba outside McC organization
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications especially Excel
  • Problem solving mindset and organizational skills required
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
