MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Overall certification program in McCormick EMEA and NA regions – Kosher, HALAL, Organic,
  • Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Paleo, etc.
  • New finished goods, semi-finished products certification, and renewal of certification for
  • existing items.
  • Artwork approval in compliance with product certifications.
  • Supporting manufacturing sites in EMEA and NA during 3rd party audits – (Rabbi, Imams visits,
  • Organic, Gluten Free audits) and sites certifications in terms of documentation compliance.
  • Assessing compliance of ready and semi-finished products with requested certification types.
  • Close cooperation with Commercialization, Graphics, Site Quality, Regulatory Teams during
  • new product development or other projects related with certification.
  • Close cooperation with 3rd Party Certification Bodies
  • Approval of the flows in Lotus Notes related with the new products, semi-finished products and
  • raw materials creation and changes in existing formulas.
  • Certification renewal and new certifications payments coordination
  • Supporting any other certification projects
  • Providing data to category specialists to enable them to produce regular reports of key KPI.
  • Individual contributor reporting to Certification Team Leader
  • Location: Shared Services Center, Lodz, Poland
  • Business Unit: Quality Assurance at Technical Shared Services
  • Rotating shift

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • 1-year experience in Food Industry or similar area
  • Good analytical skills
  • Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across the business functions, and work effectively as part of a team
  • Critical Thinking & Problem solving
  • Statistical skills
  • Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and Lotus Notes desirable)
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems will be an advantage
