COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ANALYST

Position: Compensation & Benefits Analyst    

Based: Łódź, Poland          

 

                                               

Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support global compensation, EMEA benefits operations and mobility processes. Will support implementation, execution and ensure the operational efficiency of global compensation, EMEA benefits and mobility plans/programs. Will cooperate with all external service providers.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Supports global compensation processes, activities and systems relating to merit, bonus, long-term incentive, the annual salary survey process, job evaluation, grading etc. Additionally, support mobility processes.
  • Support processes, procedures and documentation for EMEA benefit plans and programs including renewals, benefits communication, vendors management, etc.
  • Provides comprehensive analytical support and works with C&B COE, HR, MPS internal project teams, and/or external consultants on a variety of projects and processes including program design, analysis, implementation, documentation. Develops corresponding procedures and communications.
  • Works with accounting and internal audit on special requests relating to accruals and audit processes.
  • Works with HRIS and IT to ensure that the systems meet requirements and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc. Analyzes data requirements and provides specifications.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance, HR
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in specialized field of compensation and benefits, shared services preferred
  • Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange complicated information. 'Complicated' information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
  • Build and utilize relationships and communication skills to achieve goals without solid line authority.
  • Understanding of compensation benefits programs.
  • Ability to analyze and organize and provide insights due to data management.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of information.
  • Business Acumen
  • Project and change management.
  • Multicultural awareness.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Intermediate in systems management/administration.
