CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

Based: Łódź

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for entering and managing orders and queries in SAP and other systems
  • Responsible for monitoring and collecting export documentation
  • Responsible for preparing and arching shipment documentation and certification
  • Ongoing support towards customer, business partner and other team members
  • Regular reporting of business and process metrics
  • Other business-related tasks

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Good command of English
  • SAP experience will be a plus
  • Computer fluency - especially MS Office and Windows environment
  • Experience in Customer Service or Business environment will be an asset
  • Highly developed attention to details and precision in handling own work
  • Good communication skills and ability to cooperate within a team
