Position: Customer Portals Specialist

Based: Łódź, Poland





  • Monitor 3rd party customer portals, identify requested documentation, complete requests according to agreed SLAs based on customer segmentation
  • Create technical documentation as requested by customer and upload into customer portals
  • Review and approve technical documentation related to Finished Products to assure Quality & Regulatory requirements are met
  • Work cross- functionally with TSS departments to obtain required information for technical documentation creation
  • Report day to day activities and provide weekly reports on progress to direct supervisor
  • Act as a first point of contact for all 3rd party customer portals related queries
  • Provide feedback on internal processes and best practices in an effort to continually improve the customer experience and overall customer support flow





  • Technical education in Food Science or related discipline
  • Good analytical skills
  • Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively across the business functions, and work effectively as a part of the team
  • Able to support projects related activities
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Fluent English
  • Able to work on a rotating shift
