Position: Senior Process Analyst

Based: Łódź, Poland


Working as a member of the Central Capabilities team under the general supervision of the Business Process Management Manager the purpose of this role is to offer complex business stakeholder support in capturing and maintaining organizational knowledge resources according to the established standards and processes.


This role is accountable for partnering with business stakeholders with the objective to drive knowledge management standards and tools as well as the administrative management of the supporting IT technology.


The geographic scope of this position is global.





  • Complex process management user support, such as the established standards, tools and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the quality compliance of the established knowledge resources.
  • Resolve cross-functional or escalated process methodology and standards queries.
  • Provide, coordinate, and execute process methodology and standards training across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide business process documentation, standardization, and enrichment support.
  • Co-define and execute communication and change management efforts
  • Complex user support and query resolution. Technology involves, but is not limited to, Promapp, SharePoint, as well as any relevant technology identified to support the knowledge capture efforts.
  • Manage existing automated processes, as required.
  • Align and work as ‘one team’ to provide consistent output and communication in terms of the process management standards, tools, and methodology.
  • Champion and maintain all avenues of process discipline communication tools and forums to include key updates, insights, and outputs of Process Discipline.
  • Build network of process professionals both internally as well as externally.
  • Look for new ideas and innovation that can continuously improve internal processes.
  • Build and maintain strong influential business partnerships.




  • Degree in business, finance, engineering, or another relevant field or enough experience in lieu of degree.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in knowledge capturing and process mapping.
  • Previous experience working in a complex corporate environment
  • Prior experience with knowledge and process management software
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills required
  • Ability to influence and address issue -resolution without formal authority required
  • Strong analytical, presentation and business results communication
  • Experience working with teams that are diverse, global, cross -functional, and cross- cultural.
  • Ability to set and deliver against agreed deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at any one time
  • Strong technical aptitude and systems acumen, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
