Position: Ethics & Compliance Analyst

Based: Łódź, Poland

Reporting to Ethics & Compliance Audit Team Leader you will be responsible for performing analysis and providing support to corporate and functional travel and other expense spend management initiatives.


  • Managing Audit process of Oversight Tool for Travel and Expenses globally
  • Analysing travel and corporate card spending compliance to travel and expense policies
  • Learning and becoming proficient with audit tools and processes (Oversight/ Concur)
  • Executing compliance audits based on established internal control procedures by examining Expense Management System records, reports, receipts, operating practices, and other related documentation
  • Communicating with employees and/or managers of employees
  • Updating audit tool by documenting findings, observations and other notes of interest
  • Supporting the development, maintenance and implementation of internal control procedures to ensure standardization and execution consistency
  • Performing ad-hoc reporting requests and additional duties as required
  • Servicing requests from Regional CFO's
  • Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed




  • 1-2 years of experience in auditing /analytics/research area
  • Business degree in Finance, Audit or related field
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Financial and analytical experience (forensic auditing preferred)
  • Travel related audit skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy/analytical mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Being able to "present a case"/support your findings
  • Certified auditor preferred
  • Compliance, Business Ethics certification preferred
