Working as a member of the Central Capabilities team under the general supervision of the Business Process Management Manager the purpose of this role is to support business stakeholders in capturing and maintaining organizational knowledge resources.

This role will support the documentation of existing and newly developed process knowledge resulting from the organization’s global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process management support, such as the established standards, tools and compliance requirements. 

• Supporting and conducting process facilitation sessions, manage stakeholder queries and resolve issues concerning the process management standards, tools, and compliance requirements.

• Supporting the Senior Process Analyst in providing training as well as in any relevant forms of user support to achieve the broader knowledge management goals.

• Creating and supporting process documentation, as required. 

• Supporting communication and change management efforts, as defined.

• Processing and management of technology support which includes training and ad hoc user support. Technology involves, but is not limited to, Promapp, SharePoint, as well as any relevant technology identified to support the knowledge capture efforts.

• Escalating and raising technology issues to the Senior Process Analyst or software provider, as per the appropriate guidance.

• Executing communication and change management efforts, as defined. 

• Maintaining all avenues of process discipline communication tools and forums to include key updates, insights, and outputs of Process Discipline.

• Looking for new ideas and innovation that can continuously improve our internal processes.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 1 year of experience within complex corporate environment is preferred.

• Fluent English is a must, any other language will be an advantage.

• Strong technical aptitude and systems acumen, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge in data capturing - including process documentation, mapping and facilitation experience.

• Experience working with teams that are diverse, global, cross -functional, and cross- cultural.

• LEAN, Six Sigma knowledge will be an advantage.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to analyze and organize data into meaningful reporting packs

• Ability to set and deliver against agreed deadlines.

• Ability to handle multiple projects/skills at the same time.
