Procurement Intern

ŁÓDŹ, Lodzkie, PL, 90-127

Based: Łódź, Poland

Contract: 3 months

         

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supporting projects
  • Processing items in systems & workflows (SAP, LN & others)
  • Preparing reports
  • Answering e-mails
  • Supporting Procurement Administration department in light, daily tasks

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • At least on 2nd year of studies
  • Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
  • Strong background of voluntary activities or previous work experiences.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Able to work in MS Office environment, especially Excel
  • Willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP, Ariba, Lotus Notes etc)
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Availability at least 20h per week, split among 4-5 days per week
