                                                      Accounts Receivable Analyst II



AR Analyst II (Billing) is responsible for accurate and timely processing, validation, and reconciliation of complex customer invoices in accordance with documented Policies, Procedures, and Financial Controls. This role ensures billing accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and alignment with internal and external customer expectations.

AR Analyst II is accountable for identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring recurring issues that may impact Sales, P&L, and balance sheet performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. This position provides monthly reporting on billing accuracy metrics, unbilled revenue, and adjustments, and supports revenue recognition, dispute management, and contract compliance activities as required.

The Analyst II also plays a key role in driving continuous improvement by researching best practices, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, mitigate financial risk, and reduce costs. The position partners closely with other AR team members, as well as cross-functional departments, to deliver best-in-class billing operations and financial reporting.



       MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily billing - releasing billing blocks, collaboration with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Creating corrective documents
  • Creating and posting manual invoices
  • Month end close activities
  • Quarter end close activities and reporting
  • Root cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Liaison with internal and external auditors
  • Making recommendations to implement improved processes
  • Backup for cash application team
  • Other duties as assigned


    CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Degree or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) area. 
  • Ability to synthesize financial and non-financial information and present logical recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime during critical accounting periods, particularly during month-end close (Workday 1 until 8–9 PM)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in SAP
  • Ability to work in high pressure, sensitive situations
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to identify, manage and implement small process improvements
