  • Managing various AR Activities in area of accounting and / or Collection (Cash Application, Deduction Management, Billing, Reporting, Invoice Corrections, Master Data, Pre-Collection/Collection of receivables, credit blocked orders monitoring & management, Contract book management) ensuring that operational KPIs & deadlines are met.
  • Coaching, developing & managing direct reports’ performance (including performance management, development plans, talent matrix, succession planning etc) In addition, the supervisor ensures proper training is received and assists in problem resolution (RCA, PI).
  • Preparing and/or reviews month end reporting including scorecards, deduction accrual, and bad debt reserve while providing explanations.
  • Sox Controls - Monitoring all assigned operational controls to ensure compliance with established procedures and approval levels.
  • Key point of contact for issues & escalations.
  • Supporting the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
  • Identifying, recommends and leads process improvements in support of departmental, divisional and organizational goals and objectives.
  • Managing a team of analysts’ daily activities, ensuring that processes are executed in accordance with established global processes, Service Level Agreements, financial controls, and department targets while building /maintaining strong working relationships with business partners.
  • Additional responsibilities include setting work priorities for team members, coordinating the assignment of customers to provide balance in the work, coordinating team schedules to ensure adequate coverage to meet department needs and goals; providing key metrics and measurement to support comprehensive reporting, improving key processes, and ensuring integrity of the company's Accounts Receivable balances.





  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 4 years of experience on position in area of finance with demonstrated leadership experience (either formal or informal).
  • Fluent in English.
  • People Management experience would be an asset.
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Proficiency in SAP, EDW, BW.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial information and present logical recommendations.
  • Ability to use various techniques of financial analysis.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to apply good judgment and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication (both oral and written) skills with demonstrated ability to present and sell ideas to others.
  • Excellent planning and work prioritization skills to ensure deadlines and customer (internal/external) expectations are met.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of management.
  • Ability to coordinate team members and deliver operational targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, under time and responsibility pressure to deliver desired results.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative to drive improvement efforts.
