Agentic Automation Operations Lead

Łódź, Poland - Hybrid Setting

 

We are looking for an Agentic Automation Operations Lead to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our global AI-driven automation ecosystem. This role combines hands-on automation development with technical leadership, overseeing the maintenance, enhancement, and operational excellence of deployed automation solutions across the organization.

 

You will play a critical role in ensuring that agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions operate reliably, securely, and efficiently, while leading a team responsible for ongoing support and improvements.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Lead the technical delivery of automation fixes, improvements, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.

 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of deployed automations, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA compliance.

 

  • Manage and prioritize the automation maintenance pipeline, balancing corrective, preventive, and enhancement work.

 

  • Design, develop, and improve automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and VBA, integrating with enterprise systems.

 

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state operations.

 

  • Lead and mentor the Automation Operations team, providing technical guidance and performance support.

 

  • Implement monitoring, analytics, and governance practices to ensure reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in automation development and operations, including hands-on work with UiPath, Power Platform, and VBA.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a global or cross-functional environment.
  • Understanding of shared services processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, or MDM.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across distributed teams.
  • Fluent English.
