Americas COGS Reporting & Analysis Manager
Americas Supply Chain Reporting and Analysis Manager works with the North America Finance Business Partners on Cost of Goods Sold performance reporting, to produce forward-looking supply chain analysis to drive decision-making and deliver business results. Reporting to Finance Director, Americas COGS Reporting & Analysis, the manager will pay particular attention to management reporting COGS variance analysis. He/she will help develop reports and analysis of financial information that are insightful to main stakeholders within the Supply Chain and Commercial functions down to product levevel.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner and interface between the North America Supply Chain Finance Team, FP&A Team, and Commercial Finance Team in managing and reviewing the Company’s management reporting information through a product cost component lens.
- Ensure COGS rates are accurate and aligned with SAP standard costing and financial reporting outputs.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between SAP costing and management reporting systems.
- Provide clear explanations of cost movements to Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders.
- Support the annual COGS budgeting and standard cost-setting processes, ensuring robust assumptions and data integrity.
- Partner with Supply Chain Finance to incorporate operational drivers into COGS planning models.
- Provide structured variance explanations across volume, mix, and cost components, and develop concise, insightful commentary for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline COGS reporting processes and improve data transparency.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives impacting COGS.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualification in the region, such as CIMA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent, would be an advantage.
- Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in cost accounting.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, cost component structures, and SAP costing principles.
- Experience with SKU-level financial analysis in a complex, multi-plant or multi-product environment.
- Experience in finance harmonization projects.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Solid technical finance knowledge and commercial understanding.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Compensation: starting from PLN 12 700 gross per month
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
