WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Embark on a 12-month journey to grow your knowledge and experience, becoming a functional expert across transformation, process automation, data analytics, reporting, project management, and process improvement. During this time, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse teams and initiatives, including:

Data, Analytics & Automation – Focused on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to design and implement solutions that improve business processes and drive data-driven decision-making.

Project Management Office (PMO) – Learn project management fundamentals while supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation projects within the GBS Transformation PMO.

Reporting & Digitalization – Develop practical Power BI skills to create professional dashboards for senior leadership while supporting reporting standardization and automation.

Process Improvement - Gain experience in analyzing, standardizing, and improving business processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across functions.
We offer a part-time employment based on fixed term contract for 12 months.

Automation Technologies – understanding of various automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Platform tools such as
Power Automate, Power Apps and more

Automation Development & Maintenance – learn the fundamentals of automation development and how to create, monitor, and optimize scalable solutions tailored to business needs

Citizen Developer Program – participate in McCormick’s Citizen Developer initiative, empowering employees to build their own automation solutions through low-code/no-code platforms

Project Management Fundamentals – develop your understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices used within McCormick’s PMO to deliver enterprise-scale transformation projects effectively

Process Improvement – gain skills in analyzing and improving business processes to drive efficiency, standardization, and innovation across functions

Power BI Dashboard Design for Leadership - Learn how to create professional Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, incorporating key KPIs, performance metrics, and visual insights that support monitoring of company performance, business health, and strategic decision-making.

Collaboration Skills - Learn how to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver transformation, reporting, digital, automation, and process improvement solutions that meet business needs.

Communication Skills - Develop effective communication skills to explain digital, analytical, automation, project, and process improvement concepts and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Student in the final 2 years of study or recent graduate in Business Process Automation, IT, Project Management, Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

MS Office experience
-
Interest in new technologies, data, reporting, project management, digitalization, automation, and process improvement.

Any programming language or Microsoft Power Platform knowledge, including Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI, will be an advantage.

Adaptable individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge

Strong team player, able to build strong, collaborative relationships

Fluent English speaker

Quick learner with very good analytical skills

Compensation: starting from PLN 29250 gross per year STARTING SALARY (part time).
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
