Collection Analyst

The Collection Analyst has responsibility for managing assigned processes in area of Accounts Receivable such as Cash Collection. Performing collection of assigned customer accounts across all company codes and divisions.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs collection of assigned customer accounts across all company codes and divisions. Intercompany collection accounts may also be assigned.
  • Monitors and performs a monthly completes payment trend analysis on assigned customers
  • Root cause analysis and issue resolution for unpaid invoices
  • Provide monthly reporting on cash collection ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Perform audit control functions to assure that documents are updated and maintained according to strict procedural guidelines.
  • Manages the preparing and delivery of monthly statements to customers, when applicable.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • experience on similar position in area of finance (Credit Control/Collection/ Order to Cash).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
  • Ability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work on 2nd shift (14:00-22:00) when needed.
