Compensation and Benefits Analyst II

Remote Setting

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Administer compensation systems, databases, tools, access, documentation, and data updates.
  • Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with policy.
  • Partner with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range reviews.
  • Support job evaluation, grading, and related documentation.
  • Ensure SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems meet compensation and benefits process needs.
  • Support system testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to support reward-related business decisions.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
  • Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus.
  • Fluent English language knowledge.
  • Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with complex datasets.
  • Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans would be an advantage.

 

Compensation: starting from PLN 115 710 pln gross per year.

 

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
