Contract Analyst (eSourcing) supports strategic sourcing operations by collecting, analyzing, and managing data, to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the global procurement organization.  The Analyst will support sourcing procesess executed via specific software  – Ariba eSourcing & Jagger. Additionally Ariba  SLP and Contract Management modules will be assisted . Contract Analyst will support rigor to follow process and technical expertise to produce fact based summary information, enabling Senior Procurement personnel to improve their sourcing compliance & efficiency in several areas and alignment with company policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Subject Matter Expert in eSourcing area (Ariba & Jagger)
• Supporting  Expert of SAP Ariba modules: Supplier Lifecycle and Performance & Contract Management
• Administrator of various eSourcing systems (Ariba & Jagger)
• Prepare reports and analyses to improve supply chain efficiencies using Company sponsored software (i.e. SAP, Ariba, Jagger, Excel)  
• Synthesize data and identify problems through operational and financial analysis in order to improve operational and financial performance  
• Participate in projects
• Initiate & execute process improvement initiatives
• Support other operational procurement processes per department scope

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Fluent English
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Work experience in Procurement area
• Experience with SAP Ariba system is a must, knowledge of eSourcing module will be a key advantage
• Experience with other eSourcing software (eg. Jagger) will be an advantage
• Previous participation in project teams (as project member or lead)
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage
• Good command of Excel
• Team player
• Flexible and able to adopt to changes & work with stakeholders in different time zones
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
