Customer Service Clerk

12 months contract – possible to extend
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating the entire end-to-end delivery process for our business-to-business customers located in UK (domestic order management).
- Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cooperating with various internal departments.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the process for customers and acting effectively in taking them forward as appropriate.
- Supporting business reports preparation within team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Very good command of English, additional language/s depending on the portfolio.
- Ability to work during the weekends.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving approach.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Independence in addressing and solving issues with internal and external customers.
- Experience with ERP systems will be a plus.
