Customer Service Clerk
Lodz, Poland (hybrid model)
Contract: until end of December 2024
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for entering and managing orders and queries in SAP and other systems.
- Responsible for monitoring and collecting export documentation.
- Responsible for preparing and arching shipment documentation and certification.
- Ongoing support towards customer, business partner and other team members.
- Regular reporting of business and process metrics.
- Other business-related tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level), any additional language will be an asset.
- Computer fluency in MS Office and Windows environment – especially in Excel.
- Highly developed attention to details and precision in handling own work
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate within a team.
- SAP experience will be a plus.
- Experience in Customer Service or Business environment will be an asset.
