Customer Portals Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor 3rd party customer portals, identify requested documentation, complete requests according to agreed SLAs based on customer segmentation.
- Create technical documentation as requested by customer and upload into customer portals.
- Review and approve technical documentation related to Finished Products to assure Quality & Regulatory requirements are met.
- Work cross- functionally with TSS departments to obtain required information for technical documentation creation.
- Report day to day activities and provide weekly reports on progress to direct supervisor.
- Act as a first point of contact for all 3rd party customer portals related queries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Technical Education Diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
- Internship in Food Industry or similar area.
- Good analytical skills.
- Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and flexible approach.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and ServiceNow desirable).
- Ready to work in rotating (morning / afternoon) shifts.
