Customer Food Portals Specialist (m/f)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor 3rd party customer portals, identify requested documentation, complete requests according to agreed SLAs based on customer segmentation.
• Create technical documentation as requested by customer and upload into customer portals.
• Review and approve technical documentation related to Finished Products to assure Quality & Regulatory requirements are met.
• Work cross- functionally with TSS departments, internal stakeholders, and external partners, to obtain inclusion, information for technical documentation creation.
• Report day to day activities and provide weekly reports on progress to direct supervisor.
• Act as a first point of contact for all 3rd party customer portals related queries from key stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Technical Education Diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
• Internship in Food Industry or similar area.
• Good analytical skills.
• Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proactive and flexible approach.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Intermediate level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and ServiceNow desirable).
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps would be considered an asset.
• Ready to work in rotating (morning / afternoon) shifts.
