What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our operations — making sure our B2B customers in the UK get what they need, when they need it:

• Own the end-to-end order process for UK customers (from order to delivery).
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.
• Spot process improvement opportunities and help make them happen.
• Support team reporting and turn data into insights.
• Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

Who we’re looking for?

• You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to grow.
• A bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is an advantage, but not required — we value skills, mindset, and willingness to learn just as much as formal education.
• Very good English (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable working some weekends as part of a planned rotation. Work a weekend? Your days off move to other days that week. 
• Strong communication skills.
• Natural relationship-builder.
• Independent and proactive in solving problems.
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SAP knowledge? Bonus points.

Compensation: starting from PLN 67 140 per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
