MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates effectively by e-mail, phone and in person with internal stakeholders, external customers, and other departments daily about various aspects of customer quality.
• Complete and review finished products specifications for McCormick brands, Industrial.
• Complete other quality documentation on time and in full (GMO, religious, diet suitability statements, self-assessment questionnaire, pest control)
• Manages medium size Projects and Customer accounts.
• Act as a primary point of contact in relation to technical/quality assurance related queries for external customers as per account. 
• Evaluates and propose to supervisors on any potential changes that could improve ways of working.                            

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in Food Industry or similar area (e.g. Quality Assurance, Technical, R&D, Customer Service)
• Knowledge of quality systems preferable e.g. ISO, BRC, IFS
• Good analytical skills.
• English and French Fluent.
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic) will be an advantage.
• Understands specific food safety management issues, possesses sufficient understanding on product composition
