Order Management Analyst with French

 

Lodz, Poland (hybrid model)

 

 

This position holds responsibility for order management related activities for Consumer French market as well as for overall high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Executing order management related activities – order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required  
  • Managing samples, returns, penalties
  • Supporting new customer creation and modification process
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Establishing and maintaining relationship with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams
  • Managing customer and business partners queries
  • Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be of extra asset  
  • Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage  
  • Excellent analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports 
  • SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset 
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, solution-orientation
