EMEA Consumer & Food Service CTS Supervisor

This position is responsible for CTS Consumer & Food Service Team processes management.

Coordinate and prioritize the timely and accurate delivery of CTS Consumer & Food Service Team related activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform operational work based on business priorities.
• Prioritize operational work in the team based on business needs and available resources.
• Leading project meetings and cooperate with key stakeholders & customers.
• Providing expertise to the Team on CTS Consumer & Food Service Team Activities
• Supporting of planning resources, projects, and providing weekly/ monthly reports/ updates on project progress

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Extensive experience in quality, R&D, or supply chain roles within the food industry, progressively taking on more responsibility.
• Proven track record of operating in a global environment and achieving results across diverse cultures and business situations.
• Strong knowledge of Food Processing, HACCP, Risk Management, Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic)
• People Management Skills
• Fluent English, French language will be advantage
