Employee Experience Lead 

Based: Lodz, Poland | Huixquilucan, Mexico | Gurgaon, India

 

 

Position Overview

The Lead, Employee Experience will focus on supporting McCormick’s global recognition and global wellbeing program development and execution, as well as providing ad hoc employee experience support across our organization. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the Global Recognition Center of Excellence, the Wellbeing team, and functional leaders to design, launch, and refine programs that elevate employee engagement, reinforce our values, and drive measurable impact. The Lead is a key member of the Global Organizational Effectiveness team and reports to the Director, Wellbeing and Employee Experience.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Global Recognition Programs & Development: Collaborate with global and regional partners to design, launch, and sustain recognition programs (e.g., C.P. McCormick Award, Impact Award, Bravo platform campaigns). Define success metrics, gather feedback, analyze participation data, and implement program improvements.
  • Global Wellbeing Programs & Development: Assist in creation, coordination, and measurement of global wellbeing initiatives (e.g., World Wellbeing Week campaigns, digital wellbeing solutions, EAP communications). Partner with stakeholders to drive participation and optimize program impact.
  • Program Support & Administration: Maintain centralized calendars for all recognition and wellbeing activities. Track progress, report on key metrics, and manage program budgets. Develop communications, dashboards, and materials for governance forums.
  • Ad Hoc Employee Experience Projects: Provide project support for broader organizational effectiveness and EX initiatives as needed. Participate in cross‑functional workstreams, develop slide decks, and support strategic planning sessions.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, recognition, or wellbeing roles within a global corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event planning tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work with objectivity in an ambiguous, high change environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a high intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent consulting skills with a client-focused mind-set; building valuable relationships and collaboration.
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
