Food Certification Analyst (m/f)

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027

Hybrid Setting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage product certification programs in EMEA and NA regions (e.g. Kosher, Halal, Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance).

• Coordinate certification and renewals for new and existing finished and semi-finished products.

• Approve artwork for compliance with certification requirements.

• Support manufacturing sites during third-party audits and ensure documentation compliance.

• Assess certification compliance of products and semi-finished goods.

• Collaborate with Commercialization, Graphics, Quality, Regulatory teams and certification bodies.

• Approve product and formula changes in relevant quality systems.

• Manage medium-size projects and provide KPI data.

• Rotating shifts; location: SSC Łódź (QA, Technical Shared Services).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University degree in Food Science or related field.

• Relevant experience in food industry or similar.

• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Effective time management, proactive and flexible mindset.

• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Statistical skills.

• Advanced computer skills (Excel; SAP, Outlook, Lotus Notes preferred).

• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems is an advantage.

• Some Citizen Development experience will be a plus.

• Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern.
