Food Technology Graduate Program

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
You will grow your knowledge and experience over 12 months to become a functional expert. The 12-month interval is divided into 3 periods, and during each period you may have a chance to work among the 3 main Technical Shared Service departments. Those departments are:

We offer part-time employment based on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Participate in new material creation and approval process as well as data management process for existing materials portfolio.

Support customers’ requests for quality information and manage work coordination between TSS departments.

Participate in formulation and finished product label approval.

Support raw material and finished product certification approval process.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-
Student of 2 last years or a recent graduate with Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or closely related background

A driven individual, open to new challenges and happy to work in different countries and cultures

Strong team player, able to build strong, collaborative relationships

Fluent English speaker

Additional language will be an advantage (eg. FR, ES, PT, DE)

Quick learner with very good analytical skills

Flexible individual, ready to face new challenges

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Compensation: starting from PLN 29250 gross per year STARTING SALARY (part time).
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
