Finance Analyst – Global COE SCF Support

This position supports the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) Senior Finance Manager. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Americas Region costing of products.  They will aid in developing and aligning processes to improve insights to stakeholders across EMEA and North America, playing a role in any training initiatives to ensure consistent understanding and execution across teams.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support global costing activities, primarily for the Americas and Canada, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including SCF Finance Power BI and robotic process automation. This includes mapping and analyzing current processes, supporting rollout of new solutions, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager in designing and implementing standardized reporting and analytical tools.
  • Deliver training and guidance to team members to ensure full understanding of financial processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related initiatives and projects.

 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Familiarity with transaction and reporting systems such as SAP, Analysis for Excel, TM1, or other local systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • A strong understanding of financial accounting standards and GAAP is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
