Position Overview 

McCormick is seeking a Global HR Systems Enablement Lead to provide advanced functional and operational support for our global HR technology portfolio, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules. 

This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex system issues, end-to-end process execution, and ongoing system optimization to ensure a stable, effective, and user-friendly HRIS experience for employees and HR stakeholders globally. 

The Global HR Systems Enablement Lead will drive short- and long-term continuous improvement initiatives that enhance, integrate, and standardize HR processes across McCormick’s global HRIS platform. Working closely with global stakeholder teams across McCormick’s OneHR model, McIT, and other cross-functional partners, this position will help advance HR technology priorities, improve system adoption, and support global process consistency. 

In addition, this role is responsible for developing and delivering HRIS user training, documentation, and guidance to enable effective and optimal use of SuccessFactors and related HR technology solutions. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide advanced support for HR systems and processes, including resolution of Tier 3 user and stakeholder support requests. 

  • Apply advanced specialized knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to address system issues, troubleshoot process breaks, and support continuous improvement of HRIS effectiveness. 

  • Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, training materials, and global HRIS support resources. 

  • Deliver effective user training to global SuccessFactors users and HR stakeholders. 

  • Leverage process and systems expertise to lead projects that optimize HRIS technology, increase adoption, and improve the overall employee and HR user experience. 

  • Partner with OneHR, H2R, McIT, and other global stakeholders to support process consistency, issue resolution, change communications, and system adoption. 

  • Support global HR Systems Operations activities, including documentation governance, release and change communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Help maintain data and system integrity for McCormick employees globally. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration. 

  • Hands-on SuccessFactors experience, including support of end-to-end processes in a global organization. 

  • Strong understanding of HR systems, HR processes, and HRIS operational support models. 

  • Ability to resolve complex system and process issues with urgency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to service delivery. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing priorities. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training and guidance to global users. 

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on employee and stakeholder experience. 

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements across global teams. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting global HR technology platforms in a shared services or global business services environment. 

  • Experience creating HRIS documentation, user guides, process maps, and training materials. 

 

 

 

 

Compensation: starting from PLN 152,850 per year

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
