MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Submit Individual contributor within Global Label Team.
  • Works cross-functionally and independently with various local and international departments to manage and act as a lead on GLM Projects.
  • Operational role primarily dealing with processes and systems (mainly SAP).
  • Responsible for managing GLM process.
  • Familiar with GHS, CLP, REACH.
  • Responsible for producing accurate performance KPI's.
  • Providing weekly/monthly reports/updates on project progress to the Team Manager.
  • Performing root cause analysts and generation process improvement ideas when requested by supervisor.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a food related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Food Quality focus areas (Customer, Operations, Regulatory, Supplier, Global CoE) or related function, including Supply Chain, Product Development preferred.
  • Good Problem Solving and Decision Making as Individual Contributor.
  • Time management (ability to prioritize and manage time effectively).
  • Open minded & fast learner.
  • Developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive & Flexible approach.
  • Able to concisely present information and train others.
  • Fluent Business English.
  • Additional language (French, Spanish, Italian) will be benefit.
  • Working knowledge of food labeling processes including printing and application of labels in a manufacturing environment.
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge: Excel, PPT, SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office.
  • Willing to work in rotating (morning or afternoon) shifts.
