Global Food Label Management & Assembly Specification Analyst

Łódź, Poland - hybrid setting

 

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as a daily point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on GLM and Assembly Specification compliance.

 

  • Manage production documentation and GLM labels, ensuring on-time, accurate release to manufacturing plants and co-manufacturers.

 

  • Create, verify, and maintain packaging data (pack types, case print, BOMs, date formats, weights, dimensions) in SAP and related systems.

 

  • Own the end-to-end GLM label process: template selection, specification management, approval, and release.

 

  • Support production line setups remotely and collaborate closely with Production Coordinators.

 

  • Respond to technical and compliance queries across IT, Production, R&D Packaging, QA, Marketing, and Commercialization.

 

  • Approve workflows for new product creation and product changes.

 

  • Manage medium-sized projects and support product development, commercialization, and audit activities.

 

  • Develop work instructions, improve processes, and support onboarding of new team members.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Higher Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Quality, Biotechnology or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

 

  • Well organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

 

  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable handling multiple priorities

 

  • Clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal English

 

  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally across the business

 

  • Solid project management and basic statistical skills

 

  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel; SAP experience (production module) highly desirable

 

  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems is an advantage

 

  • Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern (9-17;14-22)
