Global Quality Services Director



The Global Quality Services Director is responsible for strategy development and execution for Certification, Customer Portals, MTP, Assembly Specifications and Safety Data Sheets teams’ day to day operations. This role leads large-scale cross functional & cross-regional initiatives to deliver a strong result that enable a best-in-class technical service for both our internal and external customers in NA and EMEA regions.




  • Manage and oversee Global Quality Services Team, including management of global customers portfolio, global certification scheme and global safety data sheets operation. This role will be responsible for management of all quality services processes, systems & tools.
  • Manage domestic & international food safety, quality and supply chain issues. Conduct risk assessment and generate analysis report to take preventive and corrective measures. Effectively escalate issues to appropriate regional and corporate QA functions. 
  • Manage the overall effective operation of the Global Quality Services team to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators, including service levels delivery, volume, data quality and overall service satisfaction.
  • Manage talent within Quality Services team function consistent with talent strategy and high-performance culture, providing coaching, counselling, training and team development.
  • Lead the team in establishing a culture of continuous improvement midst through enhanced cost effectiveness and the pursuit of service excellence.
  • Resource allocation and management of external supporting resources when needed.
  • Partner with Regional Regulatory Business Partners, Reginal QA, COE function and other, cross-functional key stakeholders to deliver ongoing efficiency improvements through operational developments, process re-engineering and technology enhancements.
  • Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers and transferring knowledge as required to Quality Services Team.




  • Master’s degree preferably in a Food Science and related discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years in senior technical roles in the food industry or similar area
  • Exposure to food industry, including knowledge of food standards, microbiology & Food Safety
  • Minimum of 3+ years in leadership position
  • Excellent customer service skills, relationship building, influencing, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, presence and credibility
  • Ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders to define common objectives and strategies to achieve business results
  • Proven effective business and project management
  • Good organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload across team members
  • Fluent English, other languages is a plus
