MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage Global Solution Center HR in order to deliver high quality services to the business and stakeholders. Manage directly the EMEA Solution Center Set, develop and motivate the right organization to deliver expected services. Recruit, develop and motivate the Global Delivery Solution Center HR Team to ensure the achievements of individual, H2R, Global HR, GE Delivery and global company objectives, as well as developing a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Global Process Owner, to deliver ongoing efficiency improvement through operational developments, process re-engineering and technology enhancements.
- Ensure the aligned and right processes, SLA, and systems (including employee portal content) are in place to triage, resolve and/or escalate queries and issues as necessary.
- Manage changes in Global Solution HR Center scope, standards, SLAs and identify root cause and work to resolve process or performance issues across all HR that impact users of GDSC.
- Maintain customer focus, productivity and quality of services, through KPI, audit and other monitoring mechanism to assure policy, procedures, objectives and customer service activities are carried out according to SLAs and standards.
- Work closely with other H2R Delivery Leaders to ensure service delivery activities are executed properly from an End to End perspective and optimizing technology to drive efficiency
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including regional or multi-country support.
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR service delivery environments.
- Background in HR transformation projects, process transitions, or HR systems implementations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement and change management mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, global, and remote environments.
- Knowledge of HR processes, shared services operations, and self-service HR systems.
- Fluent English plus one additional language (e.g. Polish, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Ukrainian, or Portuguese).
