This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of technology responsible for enabling our Talent and Learning teams. This role will partner closely with the Global Talent & Learning Center of Excellence to create a technology roadmap that aids in the delivery of key priorities with a continued focus on improving user experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and deliver a harmonized technology roadmap to support Global Talent and Learning initiatives.
- Manage and administer standard system activities for annual processes such as performance management.
- Partner with AMS vendor/Configuration team/IT to deliver system enhancements/implementations in accordance with the technology roadmap.
- Lead all testing and training activities related to system changes in these platforms.
- Own/manage contracts for technology that supports Talent and Learning.
- Manage access & administration to the learning platform.
- Manage and deliver reporting and analytics for L&D, TA and GTM in partnership with the HR Analytics team.
- Act as SME for all Talent and Learning technologies to act as Tier 3 support.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems support with increasing responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors either in administration or configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and process discipline.
- Ability to influence across functional teams and manage relationships across multiple cultures and geographies.
- Strong global perspective and experience with operating across multiple countries.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
