The Global Talent Cycle Manager leads the evolution, continuous improvement, and global execution of core talent processes that strengthen people’s engagement and organizational capability.
This role ensures that performance and development practices are strategically aligned, data-driven, and consistently executed across regions.
This position, reporting to the Global Talent Management Director, partners closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional stakeholders to drive high-quality adoption, leadership accountability, and measurable impact on talent outcomes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own and Lead Global Core Talent Processes
Own and continuously enhance global talent processes across the performance and development cycle, including goal setting, career and development conversations, mid-year reviews, and year-end performance reviews.
• Define and evolve global frameworks, tools, and timelines aligned to business strategy
• Lead global rollout, communication, and change management
• Monitor adoption, quality, and effectiveness through KPIs and dashboards
• Partner with HR Analytics to deliver actionable insights and reporting
• Contribute to global talent review and succession planning cycles
2. Build collaborative stakeholders partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR teams to align talent initiatives with evolving business priorities.
• Collaborate across HR COEs (HR Tech, HR Analytics, Total Rewards, L&D, Employee Experience & Inclusion) to ensure an integrated talent approach
• Influence senior leaders to strengthen accountability and adoption across regions
• Provide insights into Global Learning & Development on organizational learning priorities
3. Contribute to Broader Talent & Learning Initiatives
• Support enterprise-wide talent and learning projects, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business needs.
• Contribute to global talent programs and transformation initiatives
• Support capability-building and training delivery as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE #LI-DNI
• Strong global project management experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives with cross-regional or global execution
• Proven expertise in talent management, particularly performance management processes
• Experience working across regions and cultures, with demonstrated effectiveness in multicultural environments
• Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs and leveraging dashboards for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive process adoption without formal authority
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, building partnerships across all organizational levels (HRBPs, managers, employees, senior leaders)
• Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting transformation initiatives.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
