We are looking for a Leader to manage and develop a multicultural team of Specialists and Analysts delivering best-in-class H2R services across global processes.

In this role, you will ensure high-quality HR service delivery, drive operational performance, support the implementation of a follow-the-sun service model and partner closely with HR Business Partners, Solution Owners and H2R teams. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement, process optimization and technology-enabled solutions, including AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily H2R service delivery for assigned global processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
• Manage team performance against KPIs, governance standards and agreed service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, HR policies, local regulations and relevant controls.
• Lead, coach and develop a multicultural team of Solution Center Specialists and Analysts.
• Set clear goals, manage capacity and foster accountability, collaboration and inclusion.
• Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues and ensure appropriate follow-up and root cause analysis.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Solution Owners and H2R peers to support local needs while maintaining global process consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, AI and automation.
• Support projects, service transitions, geographic expansion and implementation of new services.

Candidate profile

•  Experience delivering H2R services in an SSC or BPO model, ideally in a regional or global environment.
• Experience leading, coordinating or developing teams.
• Experience working with ticketing tools and managing service delivery against KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse, virtual and multicultural teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
• Experience with process optimization, audits, governance frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complex escalations and drive problem resolution.
• Fluent English and Polish
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project and change management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant HR certification, where applicable.
• Experience with HR transitions or new service implementation.
• Process Management or Project Management certification.
• Technical proficiency in HR systems and tools, such as SuccessFactors.
• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation: starting from PLN 152850  per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
