Position: HR Data Project Lead

Based: Lodz, Poland

 

 

 

This position is responsible for prioritizing, developing, and delivering end-to-end global organizational management (OM) initiatives, including the establishment of ways of working (WoW) within a complex cross functional environment. This role will lead the implementation and change management for OM related global data standards and process improvements. The HR Data Project Lead will provide support and provide guidance on related technology, data governance, cleansing and global consistency. As a part of the HR Systems Operations Team, supports major structure change initiatives and serves as a subject matter expert of SFEC and SAP HCM OM data management. Provides support to the business on overall organizational design & implementation.

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead/manage strategic HR projects to support major structure change initiatives, including implementation and change management activities.
  • Support efforts to drive OM data quality and integrity including investigating issues and providing guidance and training to end users. This includes measuring, monitoring, and maintaining data related statistics to identify and address problem areas and pain points and provide insights to support improved data quality.
  • Work with the HR System Operations team and cross functionally on complex technology related issues and offer solutions. Serve as the OM expert on projects involving system configuration changes, technology/module upgrades, and new system integrations to contribute to the development of future state within the Data and Analytics Team.
  • Train the OM Analysts on day-to-day delivery tasks and provide support and guidance.
  • Educate and train core HR and HR SMEs on OM related concepts and data management best practices.
  • Manages special projects related to OM configuration, testing, integrations, data mapping, data monitoring and data extraction.

 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance or HR.
  • 5+ years of data management experience with a specific focus on organizational structure design in a multinational company with dynamic organizational structures
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels and audiences with the ability to convey information in an intuitive, visual, and compelling manner. Proficient in English
  • Building collaborative relationships and regular communication with regional and global partners including the ability to influence others to ensure data accuracy efforts are a priority
  • Tenacity to keep data root cause analysis, process improvements and cleansing efforts moving forward
  • Proactive mindset to prevent future data related issues
  • Practical HR knowledge and experience across core HR processes
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel with experience using advanced functions for the purpose of data comparisons/validation
  • Project and change management
  • Ability to work within virtual teams across all regions of the organization
